About Us
Since the fall of 2009, Song Garden has been committed to cultural, economic, and religious diversity while serving families from various ethnic backgrounds.
One of our primary objectives as a non-profit is to offer a Waldorf-based educational program that is accessible to people of all economic situations. Our school offers financial aid / tuition reductions to families who request support. As part of our service, we conduct ongoing parent education classes.
During the summer the teachers facilitate craft projects for children at community booths in the markets and street fairs throughout Portland.
Song Garden is a non-profit 501(c)(3). Our board members include Bryan Owens (Treasurer), Donna Seikmann (Secretary), Laura Rollins (Director), Nina Lane (President) and Joe Eichenaur (Director).
